If you require any further information on affCAFF or have any questions that have not been answered in our FAQ section, then please feel free to contact us via either email or phone.

Equally, if you have any comments, suggestions or feedback then we'd love to hear from you too. We will also be attending the annual affiliate conferences in London, Amsterdam and Barcelona, probably Macau too, if you want to hook up.

Webmasters looking for technical assistance should in the first instance refer to the online manual. If that fails to answer your specific question, please see below. Response time will vary, but polite, friendly people who follow the instructions below tend to get priority.

If you have technical questions following installation of affCAFF, please send your email with the following information and files:

Your domain name and the affCAFF installation directory (if you changed it from the default)
A description of the problem, and on what page
Attach the files: "acConfig.inc" and "acUserConfig.inc" from your installation directory

If it is possible to take a screenshot of the problem, this would be useful. Send the details by email to support[at]affcaff.com (where [at] = @).
